Jeff I. Braun
The Orange County Chapter of ABOTA proudly honors Jeff I. Braun as the 2025 Trial Lawyer of the Year. A member of ABOTA since 2010 and a Lifetime Fellow, Jeff is a past OC ABOTA President and Cal ABOTA Executive Board member.
With 39 trials to his credit, Jeff has already tried three cases since the beginning of 2025, an extraordinary accomplishment that reflects both his dedication and skill in the courtroom. His recent results demonstrate exceptional advocacy and consistent success at trial.
Known for his professionalism, integrity, and civility, Jeff exemplifies the excellence that defines ABOTA’s mission. This award recognizes not only his distinguished career but also his continued leadership and outstanding performance as one of Orange County’s most respected trial lawyers.

A member of ABOTA since 1995 and a Ratifier, Dan exemplifies unwavering professionalism and a steadfast commitment to fairness, courtesy, and respect in the practice of law. His dedication reflects the true spirit of civility that strengthens our profession.
Presented annually, this award honors an ABOTA member whose conduct inspires trust, promotes cooperation, and demonstrates respect for the law, the judiciary, and fellow counsel. The criteria for this award could have been written to describe Dan himself, a career defined by integrity, civility, and the respect of all who have had the privilege of working alongside him.
