I write this with a bit of sadness in that this will be my last President’s Message. Serving as President of the Orange County ABOTA Chapter in 2025 has been one of the highlights, if not the highlight, of my 39-year legal career. While it has been a lot of work and hard work, it has not only been fun, but very personally rewarding.

Over the past three months, the Orange County Chapter has been a very active ABOTA chapter, one of those most active in the country. 

On September 30, 2025, Deborah Tropp-Thompson, ABOTA Foundation President, President-Elect of OC ABOTA, Juan C. Delgado, President of OC ABOTA, and Ret Judge Linda Marks, a past president of OC ABOTA had the honor of speaking at the Orange County Superior Courts/OC ABOTA/ ABOTA Foundation/Orange County Department of Education Teacher’s Law School (“TLS”).
